I'm Sara Ros Mencía, illustrator and printmaker based in sunny Barcelona. Before fully diving into the world of visual arts, I studied Audiovisual Communication and specialized in scriptwriting. I'm specially interested in the book sector: I enjoy creating visual narratives for picture books but also for press and advertising. Still, I develop my career in different fields: from canvas in exhibitions to mural art in building walls, screen printing or online content and other multiple mediums.
I believe that each project requires a different approach, so I strive to be versatile both in style and technique.
